Overview:

This accounted-based marketing program designed for InfluxData, a purposed-built time series database company, focused on the energy & utilities ICP. The program aligned the broader go-to-market team to maximize impact within the ICP - focusing in on an agreed target account list. The program included stakeholder alignment around the shift to an account-based GTM motion, operational adjustments to track success, sales enablement materials, and campaigns to support demand creation and capture within the ICP and target accounts.

Results:

  • Doubled inbound contact sales volume within this target ICP.

  • Contributed 20% of total pipeline in the first nine months.
