Strategic Social Media Campaign

 

Overview:

This digital campaign was created and executed to promote a month-long open enrollment period for the Sprint Device Protection Program. An aggressive social media campaign proved integral to the success of the enrollment period. The campaign included social media tactics, such as blog posts, tweets, Facebook posts and reactive talking points.

Results:

  • The campaign was successful at gaining audience attention with combined Facebook post views of nearly 150,000 and combined social media release views of more than 10,000. This was accomplished without any paid media.

  • The campaign created bottom-line business results for Sprint. During the month-long open enrollment period, there were nearly 35,000 new subscriptions to the Sprint Device Protection Program.
